Scrap Tag Blanket

I knew I would have fabric left over from the blessing blanket I just made. So when purchasing the fabric I also bought some jumbo ric-rac, small rick-ric, and polka dot ribbon to match for a tag blanket. I was able to make two. I still have enough of the Minky Swirl fabric to make two more.
