My cousin Jamie found a cute little tutorial on how to make
cloth baby shoes on the blog
Stardust Shoes and passed it on to me. Thank you Joanna for showing us how to make these cute little
cloth baby shoes.

My pieces almost ready to assemble. The first slipper took me a bit because I was triple checking the tutorial as I was sewing. The second slipper came together much faster. I also cut out enough pieces to make two pairs of slippers.

Instead of using vinyl for the bottoms I found the grip fabric that is used in most footed pajamas. I found it with notions in my local Beverly's.

I used
minky fabric for the inside. I'm not sure I will do this again. Maybe it will get easier with practice.

This pair is for my sweet niece that I will have met by the time this post has posted. And the second pair whose parts just need to be sewn together is for Miss Pepper. Hopefully I will get them done before she is taller than me.
